Eric Jackson
General Manager

EricEric is phenomenal at directing, coordinating, and balancing all the day-to-day operations of The Resort.  His business and marketing background have been essential in adding to the company's success.  As a reliable business leader, he works closely with the owners on the overall plan for the company.  Eric's leadership touches every facet of the company including the overall fitness and education of the program, resort services, reservations, guest services and marketing.  Eric's direct approach and clear, consistent directives are one of the reasons he has a strong relationship with his management team.

Eric has lived all over the United States and spent part of his childhood in Asia, though family life has settled him down in southern Utah.  On the weekends, you will most likely find Eric being a dad to his four young, active children or watching highlights of old Chicago Bears games.

Trevor Fenton
Reservations Manager

TrevorTrevor is the epitome of a can-do attitude.  He is friendly, kindhearted, and always willing to step in and help.  As the manager of The Resort's reservations department, he and his team are the front-line to anyone inquiring about The Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge.

He has personally experienced the fitness program, and combined with his dazzling personality, both have proven to be great resources for guests whether over the phone or in person.  He takes tremendous pride in getting to know the guests each week.  Trevor's specialty, undoubtedly, is people.  He has held a number of sales positions over the years, but boasts of his enjoyment and fulfillment working at The Resort.

Trevor has a mad love for fly fishing and is always up on the latest movie release.  In spite of living in Mexico and big cities like Houston and Chicago, he and his wife, and their two young boys, call southern Utah home because "the area feels alive."  He has many influences in his life, including his children, who recently requested their dad become Superhero Wolverine "with a little twist of Spiderman".  And as you get to know Trevor, you will find he will always exceed at meeting your expectations.  Blue tights and all.

Denae Bunnell
Guest Services Manager

DenaeSince 2005, Denae's number one priority is for guests to have an exceptional experience at The Resort.  From the time a guest arrives, Denae is a greeter, tour guide, and host to first-day orientation.  She oversees all the responsibilities of the Front Desk, and is a great liaison to The Resort staff allowing her to assist guests in a variety of areas.

Denae is accustomed to being around people, from her early career in the airline industry to former fitness instructor, where she taught a variety of gym exercises, including treading, her favorite class to motivate guests.  Denae recognizes Resort co-owner Michelle Kelsch for mentoring her and helping to achieve accreditation with Aerobics Fitness Association of America (AFAA).

This mother of four girls is family oriented, moving to Ivins, Utah to be closer to her large family.  Denae says her husband Lance is her perfect balance, and she most aspires to be like her eldest sister, Tami, someone who has been a strong influence in her entire life.  An avid fan of both ends of the music spectrum, Denae enjoys classical music, reminiscent of her violin playing days, and jamming to '80's rock.

Glen KelshWow.  One hundred and six when you add it all up:

7 years in 19th special forces
40 years management experience
33 years scouting program
2 times scoutmaster
2 times Bishop

His 7 years with the Army 19th Special Forces jumping out of airplanes may not directly relate to his HR responsibilities, but it sure is cool to hear the stories.

Glen is upbeat, positive, and a jokester, and loves to give back to the community.  Glen has worked in the scouting program for over 33 years, served as scoutmaster twice, and was the recipient of the Silver Beaver Award, a distinguished honor for those that have made an impact on the lives of youth.

The Utah native keeps active with routine workouts at The Resort, loves all types of sports, especially baseball, and maintains his youthful spirit by keeping up with 16 grandchildren!
