Paige Corley
Program Director


Paige has spent nearly two decades in the fitness industry, including Fitness Director for a Chicago suburban health club where she coordinated the group exercise and the personal trainer programs ofPaige over 150 weekly classes and managed over 80 employees.  She has led classes in spin, step, body pump, muscle definition, core training, stretch and yoga.

A graduate from University of Texas in Communication Science and Disorders, Paige has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) since 1996.   She has also held certifications with the American College of Sports Medicine and National Academy of Sports Medicine.  Paige holds three certifications in group exercise including Maddog Spinning, Body Pump and 200 Hour Yoga Alliance.   As Program Director, Paige plays an essential role at The Resort by managing all the activity classes, hikes, and educational series.  She also hosts several weekly lectures and is an ongoing contributor to The Resort's blog and newsletter.  Paige excels when working with people who have the desire to develop a healthy lifestyle and are committed to keeping it.

The Texas native has a creative side too, crafting personalized stationary and her new hobby, making stained glass windows.  As a fitness enthusiast, she finds exercising her stress reliever and sanity-keeper, and finds that physical fitness gives the gift of independence, whether running a 5K or simply carrying groceries.  And like most people, Paige strives to find the right balance between physical activity and emotional, mental stability.

Sharon Read
Aerobics Manager, Head Trainer


As the fitness industry has evolved, so has Sharon.  She has been teaching aerobics for over 25 years and developed into a head trainer specializing in spin, turbo kick, power pump, toning, aquatics, treading, and her favorite, kickboxing.  Sharon is one of the most energetic and positive people you Sharonwill ever meet, and has a knack for motivating guests with her sense of humor and contagious laugh.

Sharon wears many hats at The Resort as fitness instructor, lecture host, and Personal Trainer.  In these roles, she has worked with a variety of men and women, teenagers, and seniors.  Sharon is certified with Silver Sneakers, a fitness program designed for older adults, and is also certified with Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AAFA) in group fitness and personal training.  This year, Sharon will become certified in Pilates Reformer, a refined exercise performed on a mat and specially designed equipment.  Sharon is a native of southern Utah, growing up just 30 miles from The Resort.

Though her vacations often take her to the beach, Sharon loves the beauty and serene lifestyle of the desert.  When Sharon is not teaching at The Resort, you will most likely find her on the local bike trails or horseback riding.  She is inspired to change people's lives with her intense passion for fitness.  Sharon is a very compassionate individual, allowing guests to feel inspired during their stay and continued success at home.

John Yohman
Trainer

John has the natural ability to connect with guests.  He is always smiling, is an exceptional listener, motivates guests with his exuberant energy and provides people the confidence to overcome mental barriers that often interfere with achieving fitness goals.

As an overweight teenager, John made the change to live a healthy lifestyle, and knew professionally he wanted to be in the fitness industry.  He began his John career in Pittsburgh as a Certified Aerobics Instructor with Aerobics Fitness Association of America (AFAA).  Soon John entered fitness competitions and moved to Los Angeles to expand his passion on health and fitness.  John spent 12 years in LA as an aerobics instructor for many of the city's top gyms including Equinox, Gold's Gym and 24 Hour Fitness.  John often trained instructors on classes and techniques and was part of the management team with 24 Hour Fitness. More than twenty-five years later, he is still going strong and continues to inspire people of all ages with his can-do attitude.  In 1996 John became a Personal Trainer and founded his signature company, EmpowerFit.  To further his credentials, John is now recognized with American Council on Exercise (ACE), International Sports Science Association (ISSA), National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM), and 24 Hour Fitness.  His specialties in teaching group exercise are Hi-Lo, Step, Aqua Workouts, Core Conditioning, Spinning, Sport Circuit, and Bodypump.

When he is not teaching, John enjoys photography.  He is an accomplished professional photographer and has been featured in major publications in New York and Los Angeles.  John also has a love for "feel good", upbeat music.  Attend his weekly "Disco Cardio Jam" class and you will experience first-hand his endearing personality, complete with retro disco moves that will have you feeling the funkiness.

Tiffany Gust
Trainer


Tiffany GustTiffany believes to achieve anything, one must have faith, vision, and determination.  And it is easy to take advice from a woman whose personal mantra is all things are possible for those who believe.  Growing up in the shadows of the Great Rocky Mountains, Tiffany gained a passion for fitness at an early age.  Whether she was racing her brothers down a ski slope or speeding past her father on a mountain bike, physical activity has always played a key role. 

A graduate from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Minor in Dance, Tiffany has enjoyed teaching others for nearly 20 years.   She has illustrated the importance of health and fitness to high school and college students, both as a teacher and a coach. 

As a trainer at The Resort, guests come to know Tiffany as a sensitive, dedicated instructor whose self motivation pushes you to do your best.  She loves teaching aquatics, kickboxing, power pump, and spin.  Tiffany continues her active lifestyle with her 3 children, photography studio and is an avid triathlete, having completed 20 triathlons!

Robin Walden
Trainer

Robin WaldenRobin has always loved being active and credits her mom to setting the example for a healthy lifestyle.  She began working in the fitness industry while attending college teaching hi-lo aerobics, step aerobics and training in gyms.  Robin received her Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University in Health Sciences & Promotion, later became certified as a personal trainer with American Council on Exercise and trained as a group fitness instructor with Brigham Young University and Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).  Through different transitions in her life, Robin has always found a way to incorporate fitness.  While in Jackson Hole , Wyoming Robin took up skate and downhill skiing in the winter and hiking, cycling, running, and river rafting in the summer.  She has worked for several employee wellness programs for corporations including Las Vegas Department of Energy and Bank of America.

As a trainer at The Resort, Robin teaches a variety of classes including toning, spinning, multi-step, kickboxing, aquatics and stretch.  She often hikes with the guests and always provides good conversation to keep them motivated.  Robin enjoys getting to know different types of people and loves witnessing their accomplishments, triumphs and positive changes.  Robin keeps active by being a mom to four children, coaching the Dixie High Color Guard, dancing, and playing the piano.
