Working out at The Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge takes exercise to a higher level! To help you build confidence, stamina and reach your goals, our resorts offer a wide variety of activities to keep you challenged and motivated. Our highly-trained professional trainers and instructors lead you through a dynamic daily schedule of multiple group-style workout sessions - all geared to help you reach your goals. As a guest, you'll also discover new workout routines that you enjoy and can implement upon your return home. Some of the many indoor classes offered include: Stretching, Toning, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Dancing and Kickboxing. Or take the opportunity to experience an outdoor activity like Water Aerobics, Outdoor Mountain, Bike Riding or Street Striding.

6:00 am - Open Gym or Class
7:00 am - Breakfast
8:00 am - Hike / Walk
11:30 am - Water Aerobics
12:45 pm - Lunch
1:15 pm - Education Series: Cooking Demo
2:30 pm - Kickboxing
3:30 pm - Circuit Training
4:30 pm - Stretch
5:30 pm - Dinner
6:15 pm - Education Series: Intuitive Eating
