Our entertaining and educational lecture series will revolutionize the way you relate, purchase and prepare food. Learn how to make healthy nutrition a common practice in your daily life through understanding the basic tips and strategies necessary for lifelong balance. Calorie consumption is directly related to weight loss and we will show you how to create healthy mouth-watering meals that truly satisfy.

The educational sessions are presented by our diverse team of experts including a Dietitian, Executive Chef, Life Coach and Fitness Professionals who will provide you with the tools you need to succeed during your stay and back home. Examples of topics include: Label Reading, Portion Control, Exercising Efficiently, Weight Training, Mindful Eating and Intuitive Eating. Throughout the week, the Executive Chef will present cooking demonstrations who will show you creative ways to incorporate flavor and volume to prepare healthy, delicious foods your whole family will love.

Nutrition

Every spa cuisine meal has been carefully created by the Executive Chef and Registered Dietitians to ensure each one adheres to the proper portion and calorie limit required for optimal results. Great taste is not sacrificed here - all meals are delicious and aimed to nourish and satisfy!
