Calorie consumption is directly related to weight loss and we believe decisions made nutritionally will make or break your success.
Every meal is designed by our onsite Executive Chef and Registered Dietitians, and has been approved by the Doctors and Nutritionist who participate on The Biggest Loser Television show. All our meals are portion controlled and calorie counted, removing the guess-work out from having to count calories while at The Resort. Through our Education Series, we will teach you how to make good nutrition a common practice in your life.

Our Dietitian, Chef, and Fitness Professionals all provide educational lectures that prepare each guest with tools to succeed at home. Some lecture topics include: Label Reading, Portion Control, Exercising Efficiently, Weight Training, Mindful Eating, Calorie Counting and Cooking Demonstrations.
