  • Jacket, Sweater - Heavier ones during winter months

  • Winter weather apparel, or season appropriate clothing (gloves, long pants)
  • Rain gear

*Pack more than one swimsuit/trunks due to multiple aquatic classes.


  • Light hiking and running/walking footwear
  • Athletic exercise shoes
  • Flip flops for poolside
  • Water shoes for pool exercising


  • Bug spray - seasonal
  • Camera
  • Hydration backpacks (ex. Camelbak 2.0 liters)
  • iPod/MP3 player/CD player
  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen and protective apparel
  • Small first aid kit
  • Be sure to pack your prescription medication
