Every day our weight loss program will challenge you mentally and physically by exhilarating, group-oriented, boot camp-style workouts. Led by compassionate certified trainers and instructors, these sessions will help you stay positively motivated to push yourself above and beyond the limits you thought were possible! Our balanced weekly schedule also includes sessions to refresh your body and soul through peaceful movement and stretching which is integral to maintaining strength and endurance well beyond the end of your stay.

Led by our professionally-trained hiking guides, these are much more than a leisurely walks; they are fantastic, calorie-burning workouts. Each resort site offers different trail options to suit each individual guest's cardio intensity and experience level needs.
