Tours at The Resort

Tours of the facility are available at 12:30pm, Monday-Saturday. For the privacy of our guests, we cannot accommodate tours at any other time.

Reservation Cancellation Policy

If canceled two weeks prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund, less the non-refundable deposit(s). If canceled or rescheduled within two weeks of your arrival date, your balance will be held as a credit for a future stay, for the period of one year; a $300 per week rescheduling fee will also apply. We will not accept cancellations via email. You MUST call the reservations line to cancel.

Pet Policy

The Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge is not able to accommodate pets. If you are attending with a documented service animal, you must communicate this to reservations at the time of booking.

No Smoking Policy

The Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness ridge is a non-smoking facility. Smoking on the premises or in the guest rooms is not permitted. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest in the event that a guest room indicates that smoking has occured.

SpaFinder Gift Certificates

Unfortunately, The Resort does NOT accept SpaFinder gift certificates/cards.

Spa and Salon Service Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other guests, please notify the Front Desk within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged in full. Cancellations or changes with less than 12 hours notice will result in a full charge of treatment.
