Group Pilates Reformer Training:
Group training of 3-4 guests is an excellent way to explore something new with others while gaining strength and flexibility. Pilates Reformer training focuses on increasing core strength while also allowing the body to get a great stretch.

Private Hike:
Morning hikes not enough? Hire a private guide and go on any hike you choose. Private hikes are only offered when group hikes are not taking place. Please contact Program Director for rates for more than 3 guests.

CREATIVE SERVICES
Share your personalized experience through a 15-minute custom DVD production that highlights your weekly activities, interactions and achievements. This professional production will capture life changing moments and personal accomplishments, and present it in a vivid, colorful, inspiring, short movie, complete with audio clips and music. Give your family and friends a true glimpse into your unique journey at the Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge.

- $49 for each additional week of video coverage
* Please notify the front desk no later than Tuesday of your visit to order your personalized DVD. Your production will be complete by Saturday night graduation. If you depart before graduation your disc will be mailed. You may still be able to purchase your DVD after Tuesday but the final production will not be complete until the following week.

Resort Videographer
The Resort is fortunate to partner with Robert in creating unique weekly DVD productions of our guest experiences. Robert has written, produced and directed commercials and short films that have screened in film festivals around the world, and is the first Utah collegiate filmmaker to present a film at the Festival De Cannes. The rights to his first film, Through the Lens have been distributed by two different studios, SBS and BIGSTAR TV. His last adventure was a spot that he produced and directed for Doritos. Robert has worked on studio films from Paramount to DreamWorks and has developed and co-produced two episodes in a television sitcom. He is currently writing and will direct his first full-length feature. The most inspiring production he has ever been involved with is his work with the Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge.
