The Biggest Loser

The Biggest Loser is the first reality television series focused specifically on weight loss through fitness and nutrition. Each season, a group of overweight contestants are challenged and encouraged to lose weight in a safe and recommended way through an intense workout regimen and structured diet plan. The participants are also faced with challenges, temptations, weigh-ins, and eliminations until only the final contestant remains to claim the title of "The Biggest Loser” and is awarded $250,000.

The series is hosted by actress Alison Sweeney and Season 14 features fitness trainers Bob Harper, Dolvett Quince, and Jillian Michaels. The Biggest Loser is a production of Reveille LLC, 25/7 Productions and 3 Ball Productions and has become a worldwide hit, airing in over 90 countries and produced in 25 countries.
